Born in France 1994. Licensed in French and Danish Warmblood. International Grand Prix winner and Danish Champion. Godsend du Reverdy is an agile and lightfooted stallion with great rideability and a nice temper. Performancewise he is drawn on the best French bloodlines. The sire Quidam de Revel is placed at the top of the world rankings for breeding stallions in show jumping and the grand sire Grand Veneur is deemed one of the foundation fathers of modern French show jumper breeding.
Throughout many years, Godsend du Reverdy has been an established name in Danish show jumping as e.g. Winner of the Danish Championship in 2003 with Thomas Velin – but also internationally, he has been placed in International World Cups. In 2006, he was placed in the following: World Cup Verona, Grand Prix Stockholm, Grand Prix Falsterbo, Grand Prix Strömsholm, and Grand Prix Valkenswaard. In 2007, he was placed in Championship von Leipzig, at CSIO Copenhagen, CSIO Drammen, won the Grand Prix in Odense, as well as the Christmas Show Olympia in London where he won a 160 cm class. In the years 2008-2012, the stallion has had great victories in among others CSIO Falsterbo, CSI Helsinki, and CSI Stuttgart.
He is very well suited for Danish breeding as his type fulfills all the Danish demands in addition to having a seriously interesting pedigree and a long series of strong performances at the shows.
In terms of breeding, he breeds foals of a very high quality with super type and movement, such as “Foal of the Year 2006” Kikanalo and “Foal of the year 2007” Hummels Minnie the Moocher, which was awarded silver medal at her performance grading with a score of 815 in show jumping. In 2010, he sired the “Best show jumper foal of the year” at the Katrinelund foal show. The offspring, Kikanalo, was later on licensed for breeding in Danish Warmblood. In 2014, the Godsend du Reverdy-daugther Fallulah was “Best Show Jumper Mare of the Year”.
In 2018, his son Stenbækgårds Mojito became No.5 at DRF's jumping championship for 5-year-old horses.
Again in 2019, Stenbækgårds Mojito was in the final at DRF's championship finals for 6-year horses as well as winner of several 135 cm classes throughout the season.
The stallion has now retired from sports and is available for breeding with fresh semen.
